Mother, czyli Matka

Wierze Siedmiu ze świata Gry o Tron to ona obejmuje potrzebujących opieką i uosabia łagodność, litość i łaskawość.

Symbolika bóstwa-matki jest podobna w niemal każdych wierzeniach i jest mi wyjątkowo bliska, bo zawsze zawiera w sobie echa "matki natury", pełnej łagodności i dającej życie. Pewnie dlatego ten zestaw szyło mi się tak dobrze.

Symfonia koralików

Zieleń, naturalne kamienie i listeczki, odrobina antycznego złota - no po prostu w to mi graj!

Naszyjnik jest spory, ale nie ogromny. Projekt nie był pewny do samego końca, po prostu dałam się ponieść koralikom. :) Góra w gładkiej linii, dół kończący się na wzorze. Zielenie od groszkowych, przez oliwkowe, po metaliczne. A w centrum całości piękny zielonozłoty labradoryt, którego blasku zupełnie nie oddają zdjęcia...

Przyznam szczerze, że kolczyki nie były planowane. Powstały spontanicznie, bo po ukończeniu naszyjnika chciałam dalej szyć to samo. Ach, to będzie jedna z moich ulubionych prac!

The Mother

In the Faith of the seven, it is she who takes care over the needy, who personifies gentleness and mercy.

The symbolism of mother deity is very similar in all belief systems and is really close to my heart, as it always echoes Mother Nature, caring and life-giving. This is probably why I enjoyed sewing this beaded set so much.

A symphony of beads

Greens, a bit of antique gold and leafy beads - thats the thing!

The necklace is a larger one, but it's not enormous. The design remained a mystery till the very end; I just went with the flow of the beads. :)

A smooth-lined top, a botton shaped by the pattern. Pea to olive to metallic greens. And in the middle of it all, a beautiful green and golden labradorite, whose incredible fire I was not able to capture in any of the photos...

I must tell you frankly that the earrings were not planned. I just finished the necklade and wanted to continue sewing it so much! This will definitely be one of my all-times favourite work!
